Was it just me, but I really believe that Pavilion KL's donut makers are more pro at it than the chefs in Queensbay. The Pavilion KL's donuts are not oily, and fluffy light. However, the Queensbay J.Co donuts totally reminded me of the Big Apple at Gurney, which I shall forever remember as being unpleasantly oily.

Can the franchisee look into the quality control of the Queensbay J.Co? I really was blown away by Pavilion KL's the first time I tried it. It's really a letdown because I was madly in love with the idea that it came to Penang.
